Morning guys, long time no see.
Just thought I'd stop buy and say I had to sell my Porsche 968.
I then bought a 1984 944 which I'm building into a fun trackday/autocross ride. Also went through a few daylies('02 318i and '99 Passat 1.8T Wagon) but ended up with a '93 Prelude 2.3i as a daily.
So this thread is still going along I see.
i vitesse mafed my 944 turbo, m030 bars ... oh shes a new beast now.
very much liking it. god engine management in the 80s sucked.
Sound absolutely awesome! What difference are you seeing with that maf? Actually more power or just a better power band? And I know how M030 bars feel, they're epic. I'm gonna run a set of stock 968 bars on my 944. You did go for the 30/19mm 968 bars right? Don't quote me on that but I believe the 951 M030 bars were a little thinner.
Also, picture of how this 944 looks at the moment. I had to pull out ALL the wiring and replace it.
Currently working on making a RHD '83 harness fit my LHD '84 car.
