Alrighty. April started out with me right around 220, still. I was down to 216 for a few days, but that didn't last too long. I had to take a week off from the gym because i got a tattoo on my leg, and I'm finishing it up tomorrow, so that will mean another week off. Hopefully the weather will cotinue to improve so I can start runnign outside again. I'm really looking forward ot beong able to run miles upon miles. I'm hoping to get back to 205 for Legends.

February was a tough month. I got down to 210 at one point, but I started drinking protein shakes again, and I am now around 220. I have added a lot of strength. I started doing squats and deadlifts once or twice a week. I got 275 up once on deadlift after doing 5 sets of 10 at 205. I also got 100 on db bench for 3 after doing 95 for 2 sets of 10.

If I ever see anyone with large gauges, they'd better hope I don't have access to a padlock...

And you'd better hope that you can run faster than them.

Oops, didn't even realize it's been a month. I'm still right around 215 give or take 3 pounds or so. I'm hoping to start cutting again while still adding strength. I got 255 up once in bench yesterday, and I'm really proud of that.

Little post Christmas update: I've been around 214-15 waking up most days lately. Today was no different, even though I ate like an ass the past 2 days, and also skipped the gym.  I should start back up today.
