February was a tough month. I got down to 210 at one point, but I started drinking protein shakes again, and I am now around 220. I have added a lot of strength. I started doing squats and deadlifts once or twice a week. I got 275 up once on deadlift after doing 5 sets of 10 at 205. I also got 100 on db bench for 3 after doing 95 for 2 sets of 10.

I live in Bolingbrook, about 45 minutes away from Chicago, former home of the Chicago Open, and about 20 minutes from Living Legends. I mostly play woodsball, (scenarios at Fox are sweet!) but I want to get into speed ball more. Right now, I'm rocking a Gloss Silver Vice, Prophecy, and which ever tank I grab first.
