CP .679 vs Deadlywind

26 March 2012 - 04:57 PM

Currently I've using a CP two piece .685 barrel on my pump and my local paint has finally gotten so small that the back is WAY too big to stop rollouts. I'm considering purchasing a CP .679 back, but I'm concerned that it won't be small enough to stop rollouts in the future. Am I just being ridiculous or is the paint going to keep getting smaller?

I've been looking into Freak barrels and the Deadlywind that accepts Freak inserts. Would this be a better option over the CP?

Thanks,

Major Props

11 August 2011 - 12:01 AM

So recently I've been trying to play alot of Speedball. I used to think that it was stupid how people didn't move that much, and how much paint people wasted. Well, I sure got a rude awakening...

I now realize how hard speedball is. I could only make it to about the 30 or so off the break, and if I tried to get to the 50, I would get laned like no other, and even if I did get to the 50, I would get tucked in and have difficulty snapping against guys without getting shot by a guy that I didn't even notice Posted Image. I have to say though, it was some of the most fun I've had in paintball. It was really fun to try to dodge lanes of paint Posted Image

Anyways, I just wanted to give major props to speedballers. It is a very very difficult form of paintball, and I completely respect you all.

Just Thought I'd Say

Today I had the most fun I've ever had on a paintball field. I played with my Trilogy Sport that I just recently got, and it was fantastic. I got 7 kills in walk-on games: the most I've confirmed in a day of pump.

I got another 10 or so kills playing 2v2's with my Dad and two of my friends. It's the best feeling to do a run-through with a pump against a team with all semis.

I've also officially played snake, and it was really fun, you could just crawl up to the enemy 30 if you were sneaky enough, and have your back player covering you and pop up and take out their team.

Lastly, for all the SoCal people, Warped Paintball Park is the best!

All in all, Darkside=EPIC.
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D
