In Topic: Any Scenarios Like This?

Global Conquest at Hell Survivors in Michigan has been going on for years with 6 sides, but never personally been. Sherwood Forest used to do a three sided game and they were nuts, as long as no pacts formed.

Keep it simple. Everything you add into the game means extra rules for the players and refs, more chances for broken missions/gameplay, as well as more work for you and your crew at the game (unless you want to run around like crazy placing props, resetting flags, changing roles, etc, etc)

You see Payroll or me at Fort Knox and we will talk about our games and the headaches we have had.

The macroline placement makes no sense to me at all. Why not go macro less, or regulate macroline?

No sense for style, but function and design yes. Space is at a premium and milling an air passage might have been to restricted. Also Jack has said countless times that he likes macro for teching.

Well try. Your going to pay for the whole thing no matter what, so this really isn't an issue until you know what that weekend is actually like. But if it does turn out that way, here are some things to think about. Friday- This is almost entirely a social day. The paintball played is mostly rec play style and not the big format. Saturday- Saturday is the longest day of actual play for the big format. Saturday also has a slightly different Dinner Battle and opening orientation. Sunday- Shorter play than Saturday. but still plenty of time. Final battle and the main random draw prize giveaway are on Sunday. So if I were you, I would skip Friday and go to practice and try to get your homework done. Plan on playing Saturday and leave depending on you're homework left (leave asap if you have alot left, and maybe stay and socialize if you have a little or none). Plan on playing Sunday, unless you're still looking at a lot of work. So to sum it up, Friday for party, Saturday for main scenario, Sunday for Final Battle.

In Topic: Worlds first Paintball TV Channel

This probably isn't going to last long. Broadcasting the language variety alone in Europe is going to be difficult alone. Not to mention attracting advertisers outside of the paintball industry. It would be a better idea to create a action sports channel with paintball TV shows.

I wouldn't quite jump to conclusions just yet. I believe they have finished the first season, and have renewed for two more and granted a larger budget, so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

A weekly, hour and a half long show, is quite a bit different than 7 days, 16-24 hours of broadcasting. That's a lot of time to fill. I know nothing about what kind of contract they got, so I won't even speculate on that. To me it just seems like a giant leap to go from one show, to a whole channel in less then a year.
