ok, I see where you guys are coming from. But for some people it may not be quite that simple.
Eating healthy, ok thats not very hard to do but eating less is sometimes not as easy as it sounds.
Now if i posted how much i eat some days and then a picture of myself, you probably wouldnt believe it.
For those of you out there that eating less is an issue, then at least make sure its healthy and add in extra excercise to compensate.
But in the end of the day : the diet foods that your talking about either A: dont work and are a bad subsitute or B: have a how heap of other junk in them thats equally bad for you.
Try to avoid foods that say they have low sugars etc, because either they have a low "sugar" count but will have a high [insert long name i cant remember] count. That long name is basicly sugar on a different level and structure, but does excatly the same thing.
Correct me if im wrong obviously, but that is what i have found so far.
