It fully cycles, that's what makes it full auto. The swab just creates so much blowback it re-cocks itself and autotrigger makes magic happen. Or it runs on dreams and unicorn farts. Your choice.

It also has so much blowback i can shoot a ball out of my feedneck to the 40.

Planning on bunkering someone with it in the near future, hilarity shall ensue.

It's not really "dangerous" so to speak. You will just blow o-rings quite frequently.

Cock it before you air it up. If that does not fix the leak it is either your reg pressure is too low, your tank output pressure is too low, or your valve spring is to weak. Try putting 1-2 drops of oil in the ASA before you air it up. that has fixed a couple of my previous leaks.

If your not running a low pressure tank that is out of the equation. If you are, try a different tank.

Then try upping your reg pressure until the leak goes away.

If that does not work, you need a harder valve spring or a lighter hammer spring. Or your valve o-ring is torn.

He did state the fact that he was using a LP tank, however i do not believe he stressed the need to. When i owned one i ran my ninja at stock output (600??) and blew many a o-ring from the high pressure.

Long story short, yes. It's fine to "Dry Fire" your pump as much as you like.
