Wow.

Hey guys, I've been inactive on this site for quite a while and just thought I'd stop by and check it out real quick and I saw this, so I had to post.

So sad, I am really shocked. The paintball family lost a great person, he will be missed but certainly not forgotten.

Being a keeper myself, this hurts to watch. This is my worst nightmare, and no matter what it always is in the back of my head when i receive a back pass.

On another note, if any of you remember I blew out my knew in a game this past July. Well, it is time to get back on the horse. I still have slight pain when I bend it left to right, but overall it feels pretty good. I bought a level 3 protection McDavid knee brace, and plan on playing within the next two weeks.

Try drinking a cup of chamomile tea with honey, as a sweetener, before going to bed. It is very calming and it helps you get a better nights sleep. If I have a very busy/stressful day at work, that night I make myself a cup of the tea, grab a book/magazine and in no time I am relaxed and stress free.

how about green tea with honey
because my mom keeps alot of that in the house so it would be more convenient.

That would have the opposite effect. Green Tea has a lot of caffeine, so it wouldn't help much. Just ask your mom next time she goes to the grocery store to get you a box of chamomile tea, shouldn't be too expensive. It not only has a calming effect, but I think it taste good as well.
