So, I started working out lately and I've lost about 30 or so pounds, (just so you know i'm 5'10 and about 280) working out has been working out great, but I find it pretty hard to stay focused on eating healthy. Im gonna really push myself to do it in the next couple of days, but I had some questions about getting your nutrition and such. Eating salads all the time can't really be healthy can it? Im hispanic so there are always beans and rice around which i heard are pretty healthy for you also.
I know my thoughts are kinda mixed up, but could anyone suggests tips about healthy eating. For example Im thinking about cutting out ALL fast food and junk food (though it can be hard because my friends always go to those late night taco bell runs). Also are there any warnings when starting a new strict (pretty much only veggies and fruits) diet?
