sent in my xbox after they shipped me the pre paid packaging, unit was out of warenty, they replaced it with a brand new one, and included one month free of xbox live gold and gave me a new 1 year warranty. after one HELL of a time with the phone people after 6 or 7 calls.... i finally got them to accept the xbox for repair without em having to pay... and i got a brand new one in return, so imn happy. second time lmao, lets see how long this one lasts lol.

someone that it would be weird to shoot? like ive been with my dentist,he is a family friend the same day he gave me a filling.. so i filled him.. LOL.. you? teachers, parents, authority figures etc...?

you know end how they ended mw2..... ahhh i wont say anymore till everyone has played it... we should make a thread for all the people who have beaten the game to talk about it in so we dont spoil it for others... im gunna do that now.

hey guys, im having some problems with my 360... the usual 1 800 4 my xbox number wont cut it, because those guys dotn have any authority to make any decisions based on what needs to happen... like all companies, xbox hides or the important peoples numebers and emails so you can get to them.. what i need help with, is please help me find a number or email of a person higher up "yes higher then their supervisor" so this person can actually help me and make decisions due to their authority.

long story short, bought xbox... after a while, wouldn't work... sent it in.. got it back.. 3 red lights, 3 71 error... wont boot past logo screen, if it does the game freezes no matter what, power supply is orange... im out of warranty TECHNICALLY, but xbox did extended everyone 3 years due to all the problems... they want me to send in 150 bucks and they will send me a new xbox.. but fuck that.. this is their problem.. their faulty machine.. they couldn't fix it the first time.. they should stand by their product.. i mean, 150 bucks? i midaswell buy a new one.. they need to send me a new one...

please help me find a number or email to a person higher up.. thanks!
