In Topic: New Tippman brand/marker

Well, at least they made it look like a speedball type of marker instead of what they did last time...

Fortunately I guess the triumph has been tasked for other duties

People often like to mention the 4,000 chemicals or whatever that's in cigarette smoke, those are there because you're burning plant matter and causing the chemical reactions to create them.

Not all the chemicals in cigs are from the tobacco itself, and burning it. Almost every single cigarette has dozens of additives to increase the addictiveness and "punch" of the cig, so that the users will buy more and more packs.

These additives range from caffeine, to menthol, to rat poison, depending on the manufacturer. Heres a list.

In fact the only brand of cigs (that I know of) that are entirely additive free, with the exception of the tobacco itself, are called "American Spirit".

I didn't say the cigarette companies didn't add chemicals, but the fact is, a LOT of them are produced simply by the process of burning plant matter.

Smoking tea to replace smoking pot? wtf? How about he just stops smoking? Apparently the pot killed off a few too many braincells...

Burning anything and then inhaling it is bad for you. People often like to mention the 4,000 chemicals or whatever that's in cigarette smoke, those are there because you're burning plant matter and causing the chemical reactions to create them.(just like the negligible amounts of carcinogens present in grill marks on bbq'd meat, except this is on a much larger scale). Tea, cigarettes, weed, leaves from the lawn, burn any of that and you're going to end up with a crapload of nasty chemicals in the form of a fine particulate known as smoke.

In Topic: Viruses on Flash drive

If AVG caught it, then it didn't infect your computer. Open windows computer management(it's under administrative tools), select the disk manager. Delete the existing partition from the flash drive and create a new partition, then format it. The virus/virii will be gone.

In Topic: Please. For the love of paintball Don't....

This is some of the worst advice I've seen.

Paintball pants are nice, not a requirement. Jerseys don't do squat except advertise. Telling people that they have to wear $60 bounce shirts or jerseys, or risk ending up like the guy in the OP is just plain dumb. Also the comment about the .45acp slug is just hyperbole, it doesn't matter if the thing travels at 850fps compared to a paintball at 300fps(heck, the .45 is almost 3 times faster), it's also a hell of a lot heavier than a paintball. Attempting to use scare tactics like this to encourage new players to buy jerseys they don't need is just dumb.
