Just got back from our meetings with the web guys. It's become blatantly obvious what happened, and I can steadfastly say that it was NOT a competitor who did this to our site Looks like some outfit out of Indonesia that was using our server to attack other sites.
As for our downtime, we're literally waiting for DreamHost to flip a switch and we'll be live again. Depending on their workload, it could be anywhere from 3-24 hours till we're back up.
