Just one more question should I exercise in my environment. I play mostly woodsball, and I seem to run faster in the woods then if I was on straight pavement.



no, sprinting through the woods is a great way to sprain your ankle

take some ibprophin, drink water and continue to go to the gym. Once you start to ge inshape you should be use to it and probably won't get sore anymore

all of those people have the same or less experience than me. My question is what is it that makes players with pump guns so good??


The same experience as in, they've been playing the same amount of time as you?

Putting yourself at a disadvantage teaches you some good fundamental skills in paintball. When to move, when to wait for a better shot, how to make the first shot count. Playing pump is like an XP booster for paintball.



I'll be the first to flat out say it. They are better than you op. Pumps are worse than electros in every way they are just fun. It's the player not the gun.

^ Do you actualy count out five almonds and only eat five mike? I could understand a quarter cup or something but do five almonds really have that many calories?
