If i see it correctly the reason it wont work is because the microswitch is fully pressed even if you dont pull the trigger. So either the spring is too hard or too long so it pushes the microswitch.

This is your issue. The UL triggers are two-piece and that spring has them spread like a TJ hooker's legs.
Call Dye, get them to send you the proper spring.


this is the ironman trigger, does that make a difference?

I tested the screw I believe your talking about but no effect, but I have laser eyes on my pm8, at this point I'm contemplating just sending it to dye

sounds like a plan, I don't know where the microswitch is, but nothing except the trigger seems to be moving.
