I'm using that number as a place to where you would have no problem at all with getting all abdominal muscles to show because the last two are inherently more difficult to have clearly visible. 3-4% and you are either a stick, or ripped. There's several people in my gym who hover around 4%. Crossfitting bastards (joking... maybe) and a hardcore body builder who is a gym rat. All of them in their low to mid 20's which explains a lot of it. The body builder is 30 something and 4% for a 30 something year old is very low.
Personally, I hardly mess with cardio, I eat like crazy, and focus on power lifting.
It was challenging imo. My health got below 25% maybe 3 or 4 times. Although one time it was while swimming and I didn't know what the hell I was doing, and then found myself surrounded by barracuda.
Not sure if it was a bug or not but I am pretty sure it was. In the Asura starting area there was a building that you entered in at ground level. Then there were two other levels you could see below, but had no way to get to them. I jumped down and thought I was trapped on the bottom floor. Then I started to walk around and discovered there is in fact a staircase... it was just invisible. Never saw any indication of it like the graphics weren't rendering or anything. It was just completely invisible the entire time.
The Asura were kinda fun though. Such a cute little race.
Only skim for me, I don't like the taste of 2% or more. I drink more milk in a day then most people in a week.
See I think all the milk tastes the same and it's just the consistency that differs. I started out with whole milk as a kid, went to 2% for years, and have now been on skim for years. All tastes the same imo.
