Got started in paintball at the old Challenge Park in Custer Park, IL at around 13 years old through a kid in grade school. My first gun was an Automag standard, which gave me nothing but problems ever since I got it. Hated it the entire time, so I got out of the sport. Re-entered the sport when I was around 22, playing outlaw with some buddies at an old strip mine-turned-lake where people had memberships. We played in the hills, where all the old dirt was piled up. Bought my Tippmann 98 Custom there. Played for a year or two, bought my A5, which the cyclone broke that year, but got frustrated with equipment and people I was playing with and got out of the sport again. Re-entered the sport AGAIN, now 27, but only after joining the A5OG (A5 Operator's Group). Such a great community over there that words can't even describe it. So much information over there that I am now fully enjoying playing every minute of paintball and am having no problems. Pleasure through education! I'm 10x the player I was before and also more knowledgeable. Also playing with the right crowd is helping a ton and making it that much more fun. I think I'm here to stay now and to contribute back to the PB world, which has given me so much. I'm also a member of the SpecOps Brigade, which I think is a very useful tool and is really cool.
