I kinda feel cheated. I put in Raptor and he picks Raptor V. I'm going to be a little pissed if that wins.

I also submitted raptor. Didn't expect it to be chosen though (it was one of many I put in). I assumed names that have been used in the past by other companies, would be ignored. And would make my truly original ideas stand out

AU prices are high, I'll give you that. I assume due to all the licensing and red tape they have to wade through. Tanks range from about $350-380 NZD here. Just so hard to get at times, due to most not being legal in NZ.

Upon doing a little snooping:
Currently paintballshop.com has ego 11 at:
$1395.00 AUD = 1875 NZD

local NZ dealer has them for
$1995 NZD = $1483.89 AUD

So not as bad as I thought 'across the ditch'. At least in Ego pricing ;)

Just curious, but is there a reason you didnt go through Paintballshop.com?. They are local to you, and are the Eclipse distributor for Australia. (useful if you ever need a part or spares for your ego)

In Topic: Noobs and .....?

The thing most people miss is there are 'newbs' and then there are 'noobs'. As for what to call them (the players you are referring to... Do what I do, let your marker talk for you. That really annoys that kind of player. The look on their face says: "Crap, that noob just bunkered me with an automag!?" B)

Oh, and maddnessmakr, I also have been playing since I was 10
