A freak barrel on a Phantom will cure MOST of your roll outs, if you have an assortment of smaller sized inserts. (679, 682, 684, 687) Insert your paintballs in your inserts before you play. Find the insert that stops some of them and slows down most of them and have fun with your Phantom. Just make sure the balls don't get STUCK in the insert.

The answer to the questions is yes. Protien shakes can help put on muscle. A key to making that happen is that you get your protien in, close to your work out. I always get a protien drink/shake right after I get home from the gym. It is good to get some protien before you work out too. You have to get a handle on your intake of calories and the source of those calories.
Many people are successful in gaining muscle and loosing weight by adjusting their diet to reflect a balance of 35% protien, 35% carbohydrates and 30% fat. Yes your body DOES need fat to burn fat.
If you are putting on muscle and continuing to exercise, your new muscles will burn more calories 24 hours a day and help to burn fat and loose weight.
Remember if you are putting on muscle, more muscle will make you weigh more. So when you get on the scale, your weight may not change as much as you expect because of the extra muscle, but your pants will fit looser and that is where most guys look to loose weight.
