In Topic: trademygun.com whats up with them?

TMG is an ok company, I've bought a few things from them over the years and their service is pretty good for the most part. The only issue is that if you are getting older markers from their used section they don't usually explain to you everything that might be wrong with it. Like stripped screws, gunked up internals, etc. will never make it into the description box. For newer markers I would say you're probably ok.

In Topic: What speed feed should i get for a halo too?

I got an Exalt Feedgate on mine because the lid was acting kind of wonky since the day I opened the package. Worked great, and when I got my 'Nokio later on I just simply transferred it over.

In Topic: I've been thinking about future jobs.

Paintball is a niche market. I'm sure you're not the only paintballer to be interested in pursuing a career in it, but since the area of available jobs is incredibly small then your chances are significantly reduced. Nothing says you can't do it though, if you want it badly enough you can do anything. Mechanical engineering is probably the major you want but I would have a backup plan (probably several). If you are getting the mechanical engineering degree solely for paintball and no other career choice with that major interests you then I would probably say to aspire to a different career. Just because you don't want to spend years of your life at college + all the other related costs for a very specific career that you have a small chance of getting.

In Topic: Water in thermal lenses!

Yeah, even if it dries out completely it tends to mess with the seal and there is a greater chance of them fogging up around that area. I remember hearing somewhere years ago that it compromises the integrity of the lense itself but I don't really see how plain water would do that. Chances are that replacement is in order.

In Topic: DP fx gun air consumption

200 balls is way too low. That's literally like a pod and a half per fill. Take out the back cap and make sure everything looks ok o-ring wise. If it didn't come with the manual you can download it online. FX's are usually pretty easy to diagnose + the manual is well put together.
