For scenario I have a pair of army surplus jungle boots. Pretty light and flexible, but good protection and support.

Yeah its a shame that the (undeniable) decline of WGP over the last few years has dragged the SR's name through the mud as well. The initial issues with them not being setup right out of the box didn't help either. Though now if you order through ANSGear they pretest and adjust them before shipping, mine was set up perfectly when I got it.

Comes down to preference really.  But after borrowing my buddies mini for a weekend or two before I bought my SR, I definitely prefer the SR.  The mini just felt so awkward in my hands, I never got comfortable with it.  Now that I have my SR I'm soooo glad I didn't go with the mini.

That's about what I figured.  For practical purposes the blowtest works fine, I was just wondering if there was a more rigorous method used for experiemental purposes ( when measuring under/overbore accuracy for example).  If the blowtest is acceptable all-around then that answers my question.

Thanks!

In Topic: Autococker SR Help, Troubleshooting, and Board Settings

My SR was delivered yesterday.  Setup out of the box seems ok, I know ANSGear is testing and adjusting them before shipping now, the board settings were pretty close to what you outline above.  I haven't checked on the LPR pressure and the lug position yet, as I haven't had much time to play with it yet.  Though I did swap the stock ASA for a CP mini on/off as I did notice the same problem a lot of people have with the on/off not actually disengaging.

I have to say though, I am LOVING this thing.. I put a hopper or two of paint through it in no time flat.  I do definitely need to get a smaller barrel back though as I was getting a LOT of roll-outs with the stock .689 back.

Overall, I can't WAIT to bring this thing out on the field.
