my parents dont get it. even when it's money from my job they get pissed when I buy stuff and don't tell them. :/

What you may not realize is regardless of it being your money, you are still under the age of 18. In the eyes of the law you are still considered a minor and your parents will be held responsible, in only extreme cases will a minor be tried as an adult. They are doing a good job in keeping track of what you do because they probably want to ensure that they are bringing you up properly even if you do not think so. So next time you feel that your parents "don't get it", perhaps you should thank them for caring about you and wanting to be involved with your life.

Just because they won't be tried as an adult doesn't really mean anything other then they'd serve their time in a juvenile detention facility rather then a state jail, until they're 18. You're parents can't go to jail for a "crime" you commit. Also, most of the actual crimes that could be committed on here, aren't really crimes that would get you sent to jail.

Being a teenager, I need parent's permission to ship anything above like 100. so for future reference, I don't generally want to back out, but sometimes parents get in the way for us younger folk.

Just for future reference, I'm one of you young folk. I'm 17, and I've been selling stuff online since I was 15. I had to ask permission to ship anything, except my kidney...

I've had that happen before. Sounds like a scam if you ask me.
