So I just got my dream 2012 PGA Awakening Relex Rail off Ebay and its like new, I set the trigger travel and post travel and the reach angle where I wanted it and then began to mess with the spring tension and after adjusting it and nothing happening I got mad and screwed it in as far as I could and then the spring came out so, I took the grips off put the spring back and... I have no idea how this works... If you screw the set screw in it just goes inside the spring, how does that adjust the tension at all? And the cut out where the spring sits is at such and angle the the spring just bends, it doesn't really compress, again making me wonder how I could adjust the spring tension at all with this design.
Didn't they fix this on the DM's in like 2012? Do the 2013/14 Rails have this fixed? What should I do? I play semi and want the trigger to come back a little faster so I can walk the trigger better.
So I'm getting a new gun and my favorite right now is a Rail, it pretty much always has been. Axe I can't serivise myself, Etek is loud and big in my hands
But anyway a Rail is anywhere from $4 something to $650 for the arora north color I really want. $100 seems a lot for an anno but idk, but then for $150 more I see DM12's. I friken DM12 for $799, but then I was thinking whats a DM have over a Rail... an LPR and thats pretty much it? I know its the top of the line marker but thats it isn't it? A little softer shot from an LPR where the Rail is lighter with just a little harder shot. So maybe I should stick with the Rail?
My ONLY issue is the board, with the Rail you have to take off the grips to change modes? I'm not doing that and the only board I see is the Apr OLED board and I have to ditch the nice UL grips for the Ape ones? Does the DM12 (or 13) require removing the grips?
So I think this is going to be the mask I get but they use to come in all sorts of colors and now they seem hard to find and the color kits are few and far between and usually on clearenc on most online sites. Is Proto coming out with a new mask or is something 3 years old just no intrest to anyone anymore?
People are so obsessed with "new". Only thing I don't like is no visor but I think I can live with it.
or the Proto $80 one + pink insert but that is more money. She needs really good protection as she is kind of afraid of getting shot (shes out there in a vest and 4 layers of clothes haha) like mike has said one temple/ear/mouth shot and someone like her will likely not play ever again which is sad as she is really liking it right now and asking to go again. or the Proto $80 one + pink insert but that is more money. Will the pro flex let to much paint threw the front? Is there a better option? And why do highend masks never have visors? or are they just not pictured? If not where can I get one to put on it? She will need a visor/head protection.
