I can't confirm if the store is closed or not but I get the impression it might be. They had a big paint sell over the weekend.

I've heard the same thing about the land lease being up and not being renewed. I hear the reasoning was that paintball was damaging the wooded area. I'm not sure if the lease was going to allow for the continued use of the area for the speedball field or not. I heard the reason for not allowing a renewal on the woodsball was due to concerns about the environmental impact. So I don't know why that would impact only the wooded area. They only had 1 air ball field that was almost never up but there was space there for 2-3 more fields if they so chose. Fort Paintball has mostly speedball fields and it does just fine. They almost never use their woodsball/scenario field.

If you read between the lines, I think the corp was pressured into telling Xdrenaline to take a hike. I saw a boat trailer parking area behind one of the fields so I assume there is a marina there nearby. I'd almost bet that the marina had something to do with the influencing the decision. Might also explain why they would allow the airball field but not the wooded fields.

I'm not sure how true that is. Recently my local Walmart stopped stocking Visible Impact within the last month and started putting JT paint on the shelves. I can't imagine they'd switch vendors like that then kill the product line. They might have bought JT in order to get a lower price on paintball products so they could offer better equipment at lower prices to consumers to compete with other sporting goods stores.

Sounds like the alternator, but get a meter and check the battery first. If its not over 12v you probably don't have enough power for the starter to turn the engine over. If the battery is less than 12v then put it on a charger to get the voltage up. Once the battery is charged try starting the truck. If it starts then as Maj Tom said check to see if the battery voltage is going up or down. If the alternator is working then the battery voltage should go up. If it keeps going down then the alternator isn't working. The voltage will change pretty quickly so it won't take long to tell what is going on.

With a fresh battery if the alternator doesn't work then everything will be fine for a while but the battery will lose charge to the point it can't start again like you saw.

Lastly, if the battery is low, you charge it, but find the alternator is working ... then it means you potentially have a short somewhere that is slowly running out the battery. If this is a daily driver this would be unlikely but if it was a vehicle you only used periodically, that could be the case.

I have a Freak Kit and Evil Pipe Kit. I find the freak kit works best for me.
