work on sprints.  Sprint 50 feet, rest 30 sec, repeat until you physically cant anymore.  As you get more tired incease your rest time a bit but keep going.

Work on squats to  build up leg muscle

do some bicep curls and tricep extentions to reduce fatigue from holding your marker up

if you wanna go the cheapo route for food,  get some lunch meat and bread at Walmart and make sandwiches.  That's what I typically do and it works out well
