I also want to add, that I have always like tactical firearms, if I could find a tournament style marker that I could put a removable stock on.... I would love that.

Also, I played backman.

Hey guys, I was in the sport for awhile about 5-6 years ago, in that time I did not keep up with things. And now my fraternity is having a some paintball tournaments, so I dug through my stuff and found my "old" gear. I sold off all my good guns when I stopped playing, I had a DM3 an Impulse and one or two others. I kept my JT 6.0 figuring that if I played games with friends it would be ample. Well, the ASA was shot and when I went into the shop 2 days ago I found that JT no longer made parts for it. In fact, I found that most of the companies I knew had gone under and that much of "paintball" had moved to woodsball so tactical style markers had emerged as the most popular.

So the dilemma I face is that I need a new gun (since I am not inclined to use rentals): Should I go with what I am familiar with meaning something electronic that I can finger walk with OR something tactical with an e-trigger.
I'm not really looking to spend any more than about $200, I still have my pods/pack, my halo too hopper, my tanks are useless (supposedly there is a 5 year life on them, which doesnt make sense as long as hydro-testing says that they are alright).

Any input on my dilemma? I am thinking that I may get back into the sport a little, but lets see.
