DON'T GET A GUN YET!!!!!!!!!

Get a mask NOW! VForce ProVantage $30

Go and get a good loader. Not a shake and shoot loader, an electronic loader. Spyder Fasta is my recommendation right now.

Get a HPA Tank, HPA is superior to Co2. Ninja 48/3000 is a pretty good tank to start out with inside your budget.

This leaves you with a $20 gun. I'd get all the stuff above right now and keep using a rental gun. Once you have all of those things, post back later and ask about guns.

I Strongly advise you to stay away from package deals like the ones at walmart. You'll get a crappy gun, crappy hopper and a very crappy tank for twice it's worth. This will save you money dude. Hope it helps.

Exactly what the guy needs to do.

As someone who's just gone through this your options are kinda limited until you hit 14.

I would try lawnmowing/ other chores.

You could also try whats posted in my sig for some quick cash. It's not really a job but its something

In Topic: Revamping my setup for 2010

28 December 2009 - 11:50 AM

Hey guys I decided to invest in some new gear for 2010 and am completely redoing my setup.

I mostly play woods ball and generally find myself playing point.

Possible Set-up:

Sp1 Blackheart
Dye Rotor
Apex Barrel
48/3000 guerrilla steely
V-force Profiliers
Some type of slider Shorts

Any advice would be cool. Specifically some inexpensive slider shorts for a skinny 5' 9" male.
I am planning on Hitting up the BST for most of this, although it seems that no one is selling sp1's so I may just have to go through smart parts.

What is your current setup?

Currently im running a bonestock a5 with an apex on co2 and I have a shitty $25 dollar mask.

In response to a lot of people being against the rotor let me justify a tad. My local field generally plays games which last 10-15 minutes. With my a-5 I would almost never have to pod the hopper the entire game so in general paint capacity isn't an issue for me. If it would become one I would probably invest in a large pod pack instead of carrying it all on my gun, like a pinokio does.

Also do you guys think the 4500 tanks are that big of an upgrade? I kinda like the size and shape of the 48/3000 they remind of a co2 canister which I felt pretty comfortable with.

Lastly I really want the pair of slider shorts mainly for the groin protection so they are kinda a must.
