eat normal food... its not hard at all dude, like the OP said look at what you eat, try to drink only water( and a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day) and to consume the most of our calories during lunchtime.
also getting in a gym won't always help you lose weight.. if you hit the gym hard enough you will get heavier( muscle is heavier then fat) and could even get noticably slower running
i suggest you save your gym membership, and take up jogging and sprints, and if you want to get stronger some good old push ups
beanie all the way, 90% of people that wear headwraps or sandanas can't pull it off.. beanies are a lot easier to wear, and aren't all that hot ,i live in south america, i use a headband plus a beanie with sly profits in 90+ degrees, and i honestly cant feel a difference with or without a beanie
oh and beanies give wicked dome bounces when playing in rain, played nationals this last weekend i got bounced 2 times in the head going to d1 off the break lol
depends on what you want, if you want the same thing as the empire prevail pants you already own but made of more quality materials then get the contact zeros, they're light and not very padded
the contact tw's on the other hand have a pillow on each knee and are thicker on the thighs too.. a bit heavier but more protection.
you want lighter maybe more confortable pants or heavy duty pants that can take more bounces at the cost of some mobility
durability is the same if im not mistaken, there both made from the same materials so it only comess down to weight and padding
