Join my MW3 clan ! (PS3)

01 July 2012 - 03:21 PM

Ive decided to put together a clan. (dZoba)
anybody with premium can join(1.00 K/D or above), i will not kick you, unless you are being an ass, and/or causing problems.
this will be a fun clan for players to meet up, and play together, earn badges, and most of all have fun.
we will be doing clan ops. if you have your 500 XP, feel free to donate it, but you dont have too.
Another clan kicked me out because i have been inactive.

i would like to preferably have experienced players.
I just want to get a clan going.

My PSN is Falcon8334

Gaining muscle

19 January 2012 - 08:49 AM

Im trying to gain more muscle/weight to play football next year. Right now,I weigh 130 pounds. I want to reach 145 ponds.
I have 8 and 10 pound dumbells, and I have the elastic rubber that you pull(whatever thats called). I do 50 pushups each day, and go to the weight room about 2 or 3 times a week.
Should I eat more?
And would taking protein help??

Do you guys know of any good chest excercises(pecs) that I could do at home??
And how often should I do weights?

Thanks for your help
