I imagine that is a humphrey solenoid? Probably not a parker. There is one or two on youtube. You need a set of very small filluphead screwdrivers that can rotate. They are taken apart by very small screws, and little magnets, and then their just the spool. You probably need a new gasket that holds the coil and the other end together which houses the spool.
Got to figure out what kinda noid you have first, this guy has a vid for both types. Their all over youtube just type in the key words homie good luck. Be CARFUL! As mike says, working on your noid is basically doing open heart surgery on your marker.

I looooove the bob long guns, thats what turned me onto Mike's videos and techPB. I've had very small amounts of tournament paintball experience, but am a proud rec baller.
