Pilot ACS Major Bolt Problem

07 June 2011 - 12:13 PM

So I have a Spyder Pilot ACS. It shoots fine but about every 10 or 15 shots it doesn't recock. I tried adjusting the fps, relubed and cleaned everything, replaced the O-rings, put in a new battery, and a fresh tank. Still no luck. It only seems to happen when I shoot over 10 or so bps. What's wrong?

Getting into Pump

01 May 2011 - 06:57 PM

So I've been thinking about getting a pump cuz it'll save me a ton of money and people say it's more fun cuz of the challenge. What's a good gun to get to start out with? I really just need a gun that shoots straight. I'd like to spend no more than $100 but I don't know if it's possible. One guy at my field said he got 2 autocockers off ebay for like $100 and turned one of them into a pump with a pump kit. I don't care if I buy used. Thanks

Cleaning Profilers

30 April 2011 - 07:35 PM

So I got a lot of paint on my lens and I want to clean it but I heard you should't clean the inside or something cuz it takes a film off or something? How should I go about cleaning it? I already know how to take it out and everything. Thanks

Spyder Pilot ACS bolt problem

30 April 2011 - 04:19 PM

So I was playing today at my field and ever 10 or so rounds I would shoot the bolt would get stuck going halfway back. I relubed the bolt and replaced the oring but still no luck. Could it be that my loader isn't feeding fast enough so my bolt isn't recocking or something? I also dry fire like every 5 balls cuz my loader sucks. It's a viewloader Quantum.

Upgrade gun or save for new one?

27 April 2011 - 06:18 PM

So I have a Spyder Pilot ACS and I'd like to get better performance either by upgrading it or getting a new gun. I'm getting a job this summer but right now I'm really tight on money and I need a new hopper. Should I get small upgrades over time on my Pilot or just wait until the summer to get a completely new gun?
