Hey everyone, I wanted to open up this thread to discuss methods for training for paintball and becoming physically fit in order to better your game. I have been doing this myself for the past 17 months, gotten great results, and I've learned quite a bit along the way. I'm here for anyone who has training or fitness related questions about diet, exercise, and supplementation.
