7/10 Could use a tighter crop seems kinda just out there smack in the middle. Is that the fairfield fire?

7/10 The pink part of the flower should be in focus. Would be a stronger image. Also somewhat boring.

For concerts and in door sports you really need a low light performer to get the shots. A lens with an aperture of 2.8 or less is ideal for those situations. If you are able to get close enough to the concerts you can use a 50mm f1.8 pretty cheap. But for sports you can get a 70-300 f4.5-5.6 would be good. You don't need to stop at one lens :D

8/10 Good shot however a tad underexposed, would look amazing in HDR I believe. Also the lens distortion could be corrected in photoshop
My niece getting shot in the face by her toy, was so hilarious
