davids advice is good and you cant really go wrong with the sniper, hell i bought one after a ton of reading and watching many of my options.

that being said if you want something to tinker with and make your own over time the other sniper is not a bad option, but you will end up throwing more money at it to get it similar.

personally im not the kind of person who wants to change more then grips tuning and the pump handle, my older markers get that way eventually based on usage and needing new parts but i dont go out of my way to do it.

but some people find making something their own a rewarding experience.

Well, from my prospective, GoG has introduced a phenomenal entry level marker such as the eNMEy, which brings people into the sport at an astounding $149 price. Honestly, whatever Smart Parts did in the past should not reflect GoG's future in the industry, regardless of who may own the company. Trust me, just because you may own the company, does not necessarily mean that you would be over every aspect of the product and production of that product (ex. Steve Jobs and Apple). Gardner may only be a figure head for GoG in the business aspect. Judging from GoG's quality and production of their latest products, I think it is safe to set aside the historical bias that many have for Smart Parts.

im not saying they make a bad product, they never really did. still wont personally support them, not that they are really marketing to me.

Anybody that is still seriously mad about Smart Parts are either old guys who need to get over it already, or bandwagon haters that weren't even around when it happened.

im not mad, i just won't buy their product. considered picking up a g1 as a backup sitting around as theres not really anything WRONG with it.

i wouldn't recommend them but wont fault people for using them either. in fact part of the reason i don't recommend them is just to tell people spend your first 300 ish on mask tank loader save up around 500 bucks and get something you will keep you happy for awhile.

so not really saying smart parts / gog makes terrible products, just that i don't like who runs it and take my money elsewhere.

marker only registers one trigger pull per 80ms

so if you pull the trigger at 0 ms, pull the trigger at 79 ms and pull the trigger again at 158ms the gun shoots twice, you are technically shooting at a bit over 12.5 bps but the gun is actuating at 6 -7 in that example.

but simply put the marker fires and cannot fire again until 80 ms has passed.
