Many have reported good results in regards to "smoothness" using Lurker's Marq spring on a gen1 Marq.  The spring will only work with the stock Gen1 engine.  It will not work with the proficiency or supercharged engines.

I also believe that Empire's Autococker freaks take less turns to screw in.  I believe Simon said they cut back on how many threads are needed.

With that out of the way, I flipped a belleville washer and my output is ~450psi now.
