Upper body workout today, fine tuned it and tested some maxes. I benched 155 (+15 from last month) and squatted 245. I was insanely close to 255 but couldn't pull it off. The only thing left to perfecting my routine is adding cardio. I'm going to start jogging 2-4 times a week, I might start some HIIT too.
ATH M50's all the way for on-ear headphones. If you want in-ear headphones, I would suggest Munitio, I love mine.
I've used in-ears my whole life (bought a $200 pair last year), but they just don't cut it. In-ears will never deliver sound as good as full sized headphones. I will still use my EarPods for working out, but over-ears are the way to go for home use.
For any instrument, it is best to learn the basics and fundamentals before the actual songs. Ask him to teach you some exercises. I've been playing guitar with private lessons for about 9 years and I'm still learning new techniques.
