Pants Advice - It Finally Happened

29 August 2013 - 01:14 PM

So, I was playing paintball wearing BDU pants and, yada yada yada, I need to get some pants with good groin padding. I'm looking at under $100, and I also want them to be good overall quality pants. Any advice?
So far I have looked at Dye C11, 2012 Valken Crusade, BT 2011 Combat, NXe Elevation, and 2012 Empire Contact Zero and LTD TW.

Etek 2 Reliability

22 August 2013 - 12:10 PM

I picked up an Etek 2 as a backup / loaner gun. Has anyone heard of / experienced reliability issues with this marker? I have checked forums and haven't found any complaints in regards to reliability, but I heard a player say that it isn't as reliable as the 3 or 4. I just want to know what, if any, issues to watch for.

Lurker Lube vs Pathogen Super Grease vs Violent PB Jelly

28 May 2013 - 09:53 AM

All three claim to be synthetic and contain teflon. Lurker and many people who use it claim Lurker Lube increases velocity and consistency over Dow 33. Should I expect the same results from all three? Are there any differences (other than odor)?
