I'm honestly very sketched out crossfit, in many crossfit gyms it's like the Scientology of the fitness world. Many videos I see is of very fast high rep work out no matter what it is with terrible form (which basically most of it looks dangerous and will SNAP your shit up). I visited one of the crossfits by me and their work outs were just as alien and high rep as the videos... but then when I went to a different crossfit they were teaching good form and it wasn't as all over the place. Are all crossfits different or something? They are pretty well bashed on many public forums.

Just be careful with juices. Make sure you are not drinking cocktails because they contain a lot of sugar. Juice already contains enough sugar as is it, so just be careful with what you buy. The lower the sugar the better.


Oh, i was not clear about the juice, what i have is a juicing machine and i freshly squeeze juice from vegetables and fruit, not that concentrated sugar water crap. :D


Oh then that's awesome! Posted Image Breaking up your lunch because of work is no problem. As long as you get your intended amount of calories in you at appropriate times you are fine.

(SIDE NOTE:) Personally, don't start looking into the 6 meal split thing. Where you eat 6 smaller portioned meals through the day, it honestly is a waste and a waste of time.

Honestly since you are young, you should be burning fat very quickly (every bodies BODY is different but usually those that are younger will burn fat quicker). Just start off like me, when I was 16 I cut out unnecessary sugars such as sodas, ice creams, candies, and the like. Those foods do not help you in any way and will hold you back. Cutting just those things out I started dropping weight because it shocked my body.

From there start eating clean, 3 square meals a day.

After a few years now I've moved on to 3 square meals a day, an intermittent fast on sundays, and training 3 or more times a week. You don't need to jump into these fasting techniques and such so quickly. I can do it because like Username, I just can.

So just start with staying away from waste sugars and try to keep your carbs low. Even with minimal cardio you will start losing weight fast. Good luck!

I swear by carhartt, they aren't super breathable (no beanie really is) but they are rugged as hell.

Usually people compete the AXE with the 2012 Proto Reflex. I've shot the AXE before and it's smooth but... I honestly don't like the feel at all. I felt more comfortable holding the Proto. Just go to your local shop and hold both and see how you like the feel of them.
