Regarding The CP ASA...

21 January 2012 - 07:17 PM

Okay, pretty noob question... I just got a Mini Direct mount CP ASA and to fill on the of the sides, I'm confused on how to put the plug in.

One side has a divot for an allen key, but I'm not sure whether that would go in on the outside or inside.

Pretty confident that I could figure it out on my own and that the allen key divot would be on the outside... But I've had a bad past with air compression on my gun so I just want to be sure.

What Lube Should I Use...?

21 January 2012 - 01:21 AM

Hello, what lube would you guys recommend for Poppit valve markers?

Length of the 48/45, 50/45?

17 January 2012 - 10:06 PM

I currently own a 68/45 but I find myself having to use a drop forward. I'd like to not have to use one because of the way it makes me play, and I've been thinking about getting a tank that is shorter in length.

So I ask that if anyone knows/owns a 48/45 or 50/45 tank that they measure/tell me the length of the end to the threads to back of the tank?

I'd really appreciate it, I already feel like the 50 is going to be a little too small, so I'm sort of relying more on the length of the 48

If it helps anyone, I'm 5'7", so I consider myself to be somewhat small :P

My Budget Baller Setup

16 January 2012 - 02:55 AM

Hey guys, for my second post I thought I'd just share with you guys my budget setup. I got some cheap stuff, and managed to get a full set of gear for around $400 - 450.

Some shots of my gun, this is a "Private Label" marker, sold by a guy on ebay. Only thing I can really say about this is that I bought this back when I knew absolutely nothing about paintball and was intrigued by the "20 bps."

Now we're getting into the true quality of the gun... Here is the broken eye, which had happened 2 MONTHS after I had bought it. Even the eye its self just ripped right off.

Here's the other side, its basically broken now. It came off but you can snap it back in, it can break off very easily though, its rediculous how cheap the plastic is. They wouldn't use it for a McDonald's toy.

Here is my Spyder Fasta. I bought this back when I bought my gun, when I didn't know anything about paintball... Really wish I would have gone with an Invert Halo Too for 10 bucks more, but there's nothing I can do about it. Also has an exalt speedfeed on it.

Here's my mask, it really flashes out on the field. I kinda regret choosing bright white and black as my color scheme, but its what sets me apart from the rest of the crowd. They call me the "Stormtrooper." My pants/jersey are also white, but its like 12AM here so I cant rummage through my closet right now.

Lets get this straight, I apologize if you feel like I'm one of those ungrateful spoiled kids. The only reason I'm bitching about some of the features on the gun is that its terrible quality, I had expected so much more. I'm 14 years old, and I buy all my gear, and plan to for the rest of my paintball career. I have been saving up money for paintball for months and months, just wants you guys to realize before you get the impression that I don't appreciate the things I have.

I apologize for the format of the pictures, don't know how they turned out sideways. I also don't know how to resize them, so if someone could explain how to in the comment I would appreciate it.

Hello. I'm JustinWatts, leave some feedback here if you've done any sort of business with me on the BST.

I'd appreciate it if you could be completely honest with me, and give me some examples on things I could have conducted better.
