I found that there is a REALLY small leak coming from my insight. It seems like it is coming from in between the grip frame and main frame. I opened the gun up, and found that there is an oring that seals the air channel for air coming from the asa/grip frame and into the main frame. I relubed this oring with dow 55, but the leak is still there. I don't know what to do. I HOPE the leak isn't coming from the solenoid or manifold as this would be problematic. I still think it is coming from the oring. Should i try using a larger oring to make a better seal? What else could i try.
I discovered that my front Bolt Oring for my insight has been partially torn off. It isn't a complete tear meaning it is still a circle. It just isn't a complete oring. I think part of it ripped off and got shot out of the gun. Anyways this oring would not be able to seal air since part of its surface has been torn off. I brought my gun out and it still shot fine and had no leaks. Should i not worry about it?
alright so i have the axe stock lube, some PE dow 33 grease, and the gold cup oil. which would be better, the axe lube or PE lube? Also, which parts of the insight should i use a certain lube? (i.e. what lube for the reg, what lube for the bolt, etc)
Alright so i have a bob long gun that comes with the two piece bob long stock barrel which is .685 i believe. at the field i sometimes have to shoot older paint that has swollen so i have to use a larger bore. Does bob long sell barrel backs for their guns at different bores and certain colors? In my case polished purple. If they don't, would getting my barrel back freak bored be a good idea? Is it risky? Does it affect my gun's value? I really want to keep the stock barrel so the annodizing matces but at the same time i can't always use the stock .685 bore.
