In Topic: Upgraded Phenom vs Etek 3AM / 4LT vs Alien Invasion

As far as which is the bigger bang for the buck depends on how you play and what your fields allows. If you fields allow any firing modes than any of the guns you specified should easily shoot above 12 bps. If you are limited to semi then the Etek/etha, or invasion will allow you to shoot faster easier.

For efficiency, I can get about 10-11 pods off a 68/4500 with my invasion. And accuracy comes from a good barrel, good paint, and a clean properly functioning gun.

If you are going to start playing speedball more than once in a while, then the Etek/etha, or invasion will allow you to play it easier, simple due to the size and shape of the guns. There is no law saying you can't use a millsim gun on the speedball field, but it may make it harder to be truly competitive when you start playing it.

I have always like the looks of millsim guns, but I have never owned because the feel to big to play comfortably with all day.

In Topic: Can I make my t2 semi auto?

Being the one that put an eblade on a T2, I will tell you it is probably harder to make it a mech. While the stock frame could the modded for and actuating rod I doubt that the trigger could; so you would need a new frame and then a custom spacer due the round body. I am not sure if the VASA could be milled for an actuating rod with our milling through the wall completely; so you may need a custom piece there. The biggest problem is that a standard front block doesn't put the ram and pump into the correct position. Becaused I used an eblade I was able to turn the front block slightly to get the pump arm to line up. If you are going to make your own front block take some careful measurements on the location of the pump arm holes in relation to the center of the bottom tube, and where the 3-way would sit.
If you do this and need a 1" ball end mill to make a spacer between frame and body, let me know and I can sell you the one I have for cheap.

Actually that might help. Where I am putting it is .75" so it might work. Thanks

It is for a custom piece I'm building so it probably doesn't conform to any normal size regs.

In Topic: New mask for glasses

V Force Profilers are another great fitting mask for glasses. I have had mine for 5 or 6 years and love them. But I will admit that I do have some issues with my glasses getting fogged or wet. I have tried a couple of Anti-fog and they don't really work, I haven't tried Fog Doc though. The only thing I have found that works reasonably well is a fan. I even recently modded my JT Vortex to have 2 fans. It does work; it's not perfect but it works.
