Really all it basically says is paintball is not the same as video games, and that exercise is good for mental health. It doesn't have any studies directly involving paintball and children just children doing physical activities. At the end it says activities like paintball it doesn't actually say any studies were done using paintball, or what exactly the activities they are comparing it to. Seems like a reach in the article of someone who wasn't going to take the time to do any studies themselves, but instead just go with common knowledge that has been proved such as physical activities are good and stretch that into paintball. Either way obviously I enjoy paintball and when my son is old enough he plans on playing as well.
Correct, thats exactly what its say...there are no studies, none, zip, period...so if any "expert" tries to say that paintball is bad for kids...put it to them! And the Video Games studies in the article are repeatedly used by "experts" to prove paintball is bad...thats why I put them in there.
