A manual is your best friend...

http://paintballgunm...s-G4-Manual.pdf

Regarding that silver washer, see page 10 of the manual, its not shown there but the washer goes in between the piston seal (Figure G) and the reg spring (Fig.H).

It basically prevents the spring from scratching the surface of the piston seal.

What are your board settings?

Drop off might mean your noid dwell and ABS dwell is too low and/or bad lube.

So you changed the o-ring at #37, thats the o-ring on the body of the marker.

Did you change/check the o-ring on the PCV guide?

Page 51 of the manual will show you the PCV guide.

figure 10.19 and 10.20. silver part with an o-ring.

Is the leak constant or only when you fire the marker?

How much air was in your tank?

If it leaks (purges) only when firing , then thats normal. no need to fuss.

If it leaks constantly, then check the regulator piston o-ring, page 8 of the manual.

If changing that #16 oring doesnt help, it gets complicated.

It might be your PCV assembly or solenoid.

I have seen missing valves and cracked solenoid housings.

Cant really say without pictures or the gun in my hands.
