Core (Snap shooting):

Butterfly situps 30 - 15- 10

Wipers 30 - 15 -10

Russian Twists (with med ball) 30 - 15 -10 Do these in rounds.



Sprint 50 yards, sprint back, sprint 50 yards, sprint back (This is one rep) Give yourself a minute break and keep doing it until you can't anymore, push yourself.



3x10 DB Curls, Superset with 3x10 Tricep extensions.



4x30 Body weight squats, do this everyday and you will notice a difference in your legs.


Or do 4x10 with weight if you can get weights.

If you're looking at weight lifting, I'd advise to take a look at StrongLifts. If you're looking at cardio, some kind of HIIT is good - suicides, etc.

For Hockey at my highschool we do a bunch of endurance ( Till someone pukes ) skating once a week but for the rest of the week we are in the weight room everyday after school. 1 hour doing some benching and leg press .ect most days really helped me get in shape this summer.


I'm certainly not up for puking while working out especially after I just figured out how to stop puking at practice. Thanks though. I will take everyone's advice into consideration, mainly etekgirl27's though because her advice seemed the most serious and productive. lol


lol, I didnt mean litterally those are our standards, But It does happen... Anyways Just find time to go to the weight room after school, and lift with a friend for like a hour. Then remember to mix in cardio to keep your endurance up. Also remember to mix it up a little. Dont bench everyday, Take a break day once or twice a week to recover.
