Paintball workouts

01 September 2014 - 08:21 PM

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to find out what workouts you all think I should do to help with some things I noticed. I'm a pretty small guy but not out of shape. I noticed on the field the other day I got tired after playing only say 5 matches and then I couldn't run to my bunker near as fast and I was kind of gassed when I got there. So for that I know I need to work on my endurance and I do have an elliptical in my house so I think that would be a good thing to use.

My problem is I also noticed I couldn't snap out of my bunker as quick as I would have liked in snake and I get tired when holding up my marker. Basically I would like to know the best workouts to improve my endurance, strength, and agility in Paintball. Mainly things that will help me in the position I play which is snake.

Thanks everyone!

Please help me pick a new video intro!

27 August 2014 - 07:16 PM

EDIT: Please vote for your favorite logo now too or recommend changes I could make to them!

I just want to take a poll to see what intro everyone likes best. I have been told by numerous people that they think my intro is too long or cheesy or what not. I want to please my subscribers and fans so please help me choose a new intro by voting for your favorite one of the 3! Also, PLEASE feel free to comment with criticism or support! Both help me!

Intro 1:

Intro 2:

Intro 3:

Intro 4:

Into 5:

P.S. The "Animoto" symbol at the end will not be in the finalized intro so they will all be a few seconds shorter.

I found an awesome logo generator site and created these 3 logos pretty quickly.

Logo 1:

Logo 2:

Logo 3:

Please vote for your favorite one! I will be creating a VERY simply intro using one of these logos or if I get some recommended changes for them I will change it and use that.

Got my Planet Eclipse Geo 3 today!

23 August 2014 - 06:57 PM

Hey guys, just wanted to post some pictures of the Geo 3 I just got today. Also, just thought I should say how stupid I was because on the ride back to my house from the field today I was trying to turn the eyes off on it and held the bottom arrow by accident...

That wiped the shot counter but luckily I remembered the exact count before I wiped it. It was 42,206 and then I just put exactly 135 more on it today when I was test shooting.

Thanks for looking!

Stripped Dye DM4 eye cover screw

10 August 2014 - 04:19 PM

Hi everyone,

I am working on a Dye DM4 for a guy and I am doing a lot of stuff to it because it is in very poor shape internally. Well, I have already had to take out one stripped rear frame screw by making a cut in it and taking it out with a flat head screw driver, but I've run into a problem. One of the eye cover screws that is behind the eye cover itself is still screwed in and is stripped. It is a VERY tiny screw and hole down to it and I have no idea how to get it out. I tried pushing the Allen wrench up against the edge of the screw head and trying to get it to hook on it and that didn't work. I also tried using a flat head screw driver but it is just stripped way to bad for that too. I've only thought of one other thing and that is to glue the Allen wrench to the head and try taking it out like that. I'm afraid the glue will also connect to the eye cover and even if I get it out I will not be able to take the screw off the eye cover.

If you have any ideas PLEASE let me know!

Description: I have used this marker for part of this tournament season (about 6 months) and I have NEVER had a problem with it

(The previous owner only used it about 2 times and then left it sit until I purchased it). I have literally never replaced an O-ring or anything on it and it works perfectly. I have cleaned and re-lubed the marker every single time I played with it too. The marker is in pristine condition  and only has a slight bit of wear (pictured)!

I have the unopened warranty card in this picture. It was never used and is outdated by now anyways but I will include it just because.

This is just a very slight bubble where somehow (before I got it) the pin that holds the back cap in, was screwed in a bit too far. The other little mark above it is just a piece of dust.
