I just wanted to find out what workouts you all think I should do to help with some things I noticed. I'm a pretty small guy but not out of shape. I noticed on the field the other day I got tired after playing only say 5 matches and then I couldn't run to my bunker near as fast and I was kind of gassed when I got there. So for that I know I need to work on my endurance and I do have an elliptical in my house so I think that would be a good thing to use.
My problem is I also noticed I couldn't snap out of my bunker as quick as I would have liked in snake and I get tired when holding up my marker. Basically I would like to know the best workouts to improve my endurance, strength, and agility in Paintball. Mainly things that will help me in the position I play which is snake.
