In Topic: PM8 gap between the Grip frame and the body

22 January 2013 - 02:19 AM

I've heard about nothing but problems with installing wired eyes into a PM8. I tried doing it on my PM8, too, and it didn't go so well. Couldn't get the eyes lined up with the eye covers on, and while I was capable of squeezing the wires into the frame and screw it shut, my trigger was jammed and didn't work with them in there (and the wires ended up ripping out of the bulb itself, but that was my bad more than anything). The only real suggestions I found online were to dremel out part of the frame to squeeze the wires into it easier, possibly taping them to the bottom of the solenoid, or just going with ribbon eyes. Your other option is to contact Erayser on the PBN forums, he makes and sells wired eyes for the PM8 with thinner wires that'll work easier; profile link is here: http://www.pbnation....er.php?u=192010

Haven't bought from him or used the thin-wire eyes, but all I can find are rave reviews, so he seems like a reliable option.

Hopefully this helps, good luck with everything.

In Topic: Your best moment on the speedball feild

This weekend, played a game of I think 6v6, they had four break out to our left and two to the right. The two on the right went down quick, so I decided 'screw it' and ran down the right side. There were three remaining on the left when I started running, my teammate shot one of them and I shot the other two (both in the ass, too). Nothing special to those of you who've been playing a while, but since that was my first time doing anything awesome like that, it was the coolest moment yet of my (so far) short paintball career :D

Bump, still interested in those elbow pads.

Alright the cheapest way to ship things is pretty much always a flat rate box, the smallest one that will fit the pads is 11.35 so the lowest I could go is 21.35 shipped. I know that's more than you were hoping, but they are in perfect condition and it'll be quick shipping.

I can do that, how do you wanna deal with payment? I'm new to this, so... :)

Everything is paypal on Techpb. I'll PM you my paypal info if you're ready to pay me?

Sounds good, I'll be gone most of tomorrow so I'll pay you late tomorrow night or Sunday if that's good? Thanks man.
