Looking for feedback/opinions. I've never had to send gear in for warranty repair so I don't know what is industry standard.
Long story short my Pulse RDR turned out to be a dud. I sent it in for repair early feb, it's been 30 days without any word from them until I sent GI sportz an E-mail asking them for a little update and to make sure not to send it next week if was done or near done as I am going to be out of town. I was told it might be another 2-3 weeks before they know if they will repair or replace....
Is this normal? I've been completely nice and pleasant, I don't yell at anyone but 2 months seems absurd, no updates even after 30 days seems poor as well. I'd like to know what is normal so I can try to follow up with a manager at the conclusion.
I feel fortunate that this is my 3rd loader and not my only one.
