hey all i went to play with my new ego 11 today at the field, and it was a horrible day. i spent half the day adjusting lpr, hpr, dwell, and the noid. it sucked. then when i finally got it shooting, the velocity was all over the place. and i was also getting a lot of barrel breaks, i was using crappy paint but still..wtf. a couple of different people told me that the bore size on the stock barrel was too small(.289). and they told me that i should get a .693 or a .691. what do you fellas think. also why so many problems? thanks in advance

.289.......seriously..............those couple of people are WAY OFF. Also paint shrinks when it gets cold, so I doubt swelling was the problem. Did you check to see if the paint rolled thru the barrel at all to see if it was too big, or did you just assume you were underbored too much?

The stock barrel on the EGO11 is .689. It's stamped right on the barrel, and isn't too small for .690 paint. Now that your done "tweaking" your new gun, reset all settings to stock. Install a new Name brand battery (even if the meter says its good), and try to stay away from shit paint.
