This is one of the best workout and nutrition programs I've ever seen! Some of the workouts are more intense than the ones I did when in the Army about 9 years ago. I started P90X about 3 weeks ago and have so far lost about 20 lbs and have increased my muscle mass by about 9%. Fat percentage has dropped 8%, too.
So who else is doing this awesome program? I've noticed a huge difference, especially when playing paintball because my legs and core are way stronger.
