In Topic: Geo 2.1 leaking near the noid

Did you clean out the noid? If you are over lubing it will blow up into your noid and cause leaks. I've found most Geo2/2.1 noid leaks can be fixed with simple noid maintenance. If that doesn't work check the ball check spring, those have been known to break.

Will try this, thanks. I'll post results once I'm done.

No problem, if you dont know much about the noids, just look up some videos on youtube first, its very easy to get at, just remove grip frame and take out two screws, should have a spare gasket in your spares baggy.

Great! We have progress but not fully. Took apart the noid, replaced the gasket all is good. EXCEPT, there's a ever so quiet leak still happening at the same location. Can't even hear it unless I put my ear up to it.

Did you make sure there was no paint/grease on the body where the gasket seals on the body? any grease or old paint will cause it to not seal properly.

Cleaned that now too, and now it's back to making a loud noise

In Topic: Rotor speedfeed?

KM Spine works fine for me and nothing can go wrong. I see the new spring speedfeeds coming out just being a fad. They'll end up rusting and/or breaking eventually or at least a lot sooner than a spine or something along those lines.
